Hatha Yoga

"Hatha" can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” ~ the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha) ~ the yoga of balance.


Hatha practices are designed to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit through traditional yoga postures and an emphasis and focus of the breathe.

These classes are suitable for all levels and no previous experience is necessary.
