Opening our practice with a deeply nourishing, releasing and restoring Yin Yoga practice. Mindful long held floor based stretches (3-5 mins), targeting the dense connective tissue, ligaments and fascia of the body. A delicious and bittersweet practice that helps to increase flexibility, mobility and re-balance energy, while also allowing the mind and nervous system to settle down deeply into a calming meditative state.

Kicking things up a notch! We will work through a dynamic flow. Building heat in the body as we move through yoga postures and flows. Keeping a mindful connection to breathe and movement. throughout. All building strength in both body & mind!
All resulting in a delicious release and ‘letting go’ of those tight held areas of tension we all carry and store often without even noticing!
